What to Know Before Your First Visit

• Arrive Early: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class so we can welcome you, introduce you to the instructors, and give you a quick tour of The BMA Dojo.

• What to Wear: Comfortable athletic clothing (no zippers or buttons). Barefoot on the mat is perfect. Bring a water bottle.

• No Experience Needed: Our free trial is beginner-friendly and designed to help students feel comfortable from day one.

• Parent/Guardian: For students under 18, a parent or guardian must be present during the first visit to complete a brief safety waiver.

• Location: We’re located in 986 Amboy Ave Edison, NJ. You’ll see The BMA Dojo signage when you arrive. Parking is in the Rear of the Building.
