YOUR CHILD’S EXPERIENCE
What age can my child start? We start as young as age 3 in our Tiny Tigers program. We have specific classes for ages 3-4, 5-7, 8-10, 11-13, and Teens/Adults to ensure everyone learns at the right developmental level.

My child is shy or has no sports experience. Is that okay? Absolutely. Most of our students in the 08837 area start with no athletic background. We specialize in building confidence and focus in a supportive environment.
Will this help with school and listening? Yes. We reinforce "First-Time Listening" and discipline. We take pride in seeing our students improve their focus at local schools like James Monroe and Campbell Elementary.

Who will be teaching my child? Your child will be trained by expert instructors who specialize in youth development. We don't just teach "karate moves"—we mentor our students in life skills, leadership, and the Higher Standard of BMA.

What should my child wear to the first class? Just wear comfortable athletic clothes (t-shirt and sweatpants). We train barefoot on our professional, high-impact mats.
