Service Description

Empower your child for life’s challenges. At BMA, our 8-10 year old program is about more than just kicking and punching. We focus on: Self-Defense & Safety: Practical skills to build real-world confidence. Character Leadership: Teaching respect, perseverance, and goal-setting. Physical Fitness: Boosting coordination and strength in a positive environment. Trial Details: No experience needed! Wear athletic clothes and bring a water bottle. One of our instructors will meet you at the desk to get you started.
