Our 11-13 year old program at BMA Unlimited is designed to help students navigate these critical years with confidence and strength. We focus on: Practical Self-Defense: Modern techniques that work and build genuine confidence. Mental Resilience: Learning to handle pressure, stay focused, and set big goals. Fitness with Purpose: A fun, high-energy alternative to traditional school sports. Trial Info: Just wear comfortable gym clothes! We’re a family-owned school and we pride ourselves on a welcoming, ego-free environment.
